The 2026 Annual Mayne Island Fall Fair will take place on Saturday, August 15th.

prizes and other activities!

2026 Exhibition Entry Forms

The Fall Fair booklet includes the category divisions, entry numbers, rules and regulations, schedule of events, and deadlines.
Please check the Judging Standards document. The decision of the judges is final in all cases, according to the judging standards.
You may print a copy of the entry form and deliver it in person to the Ag Hall on Saturday, August 8 from 10am – 1pm.
OR, you may print, scan and email an entry form, or submit through the online form below, by Monday, August 10, 6pm.
- No online forms or emailed entries will be accepted after the e-deadline on Monday, August 10, 6pm.

Submission of exhibits are to be dropped off at the Ag Hall on

Thursday August 14 between 3pm and 7pm.

11:30ish..........Grounds and Hall Open after parade, including kids' games, Lions barbecue, and music
12:00-5:00.......Beer Garden

12:30-2:30.......Lions Bingo

1:00.................Community Tug of War
1:30.................Medals

2:00.................Costume Contest *theme: Mayne Island 100 years ago

2:30.................Fall Fair Raffle

2:45.................Lions Barbecue Closes

3:00.................Valdy Performs in the Bandshell

3:30.................Market and Ag Hall Close, exhibits must be picked up between 3 and 4pm

Parade

Judging of floats, bikes and animals is at 10:30 a.m.
Parade starts at 11:00 a.m.
Entry forms can be:
